PM Netanyahu To Meet With President Trump To Discuss Move Of U.S. Embassy To Jerusalem

Among other issues, they’re likely to discuss Trump’s controversial pledge to move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Tal Shalev, political correspondent for Israel’s Walla News, joins CBSN to discuss the relationship between Trump and Israel.

President Trump has invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the White House.

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.” Zechariah 12:2 (KJV)

EDITOR’S NOTE: As we have been telling you for over a year now, President Trump’s fulfilling of his campaign promise to move the US Embassy to Jerusalem will spark a fulfillment of Bible prophecy not seen since 1948. It could possibly also trigger the Psalm 83 War. It will be the single, biggest game-changer in the Middle East you can imagine. This is why the Lord allowed Trump to become president, for such a time as this.

Among other issues, they’re likely to discuss Trump’s controversial pledge to move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Tal Shalev, political correspondent for Israel’s Walla News, joins CBSN to discuss the relationship between Trump and Israel.

Six days before his first meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, U.S. President Donald Trump met Thursday evening with Republican mega-donor Sheldon Adelson, the owner of a pro-Netanyahu newspaper and one of the Israeli leader’s strongest supporters.

According to a report in the Washington Post, Trump and Adelson were set to dine together with a number of Trump’s senior advisers and Adelson’s wife, Miriam. The news website Axios quoted a “source close to Adelson” as saying that during the dinner, Adelson will lobby Trump against a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and will bring up Trump’s election promise to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
